Returns
We do not accept cancellations, size changes, or returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects once an order has been completed.
Please ensure your order details are correct before finalising your purchase.
Important Notes
・We cannot accommodate changes to delivery dates or order details after the item has been shipped.
・Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the product does not meet your personal expectations in terms of design, colour, shape, or material.
・Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your computer or monitor settings.
・As all our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in shape, thickness, or other characteristics.
Please note that any returns or exchanges for the above reasons are considered customer responsibility.
Delivery times may vary due to production schedules, and even in such cases, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the contact form within seven days of delivery. Our team will provide instructions for the return.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, even in the case of initial defects or discrepancies:
・Items that have been used
・Items that have been damaged, stained, or have absorbed odours after delivery
・Items missing tags or that have been cleaned
・Items for which contact was not made within seven days of delivery
・Sale items or other products specifically excluded from returns and exchanges
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping for defective or incorrectly shipped items will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once a return has been approved, you will be notified.
Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days once approved by your bank or credit card company.
