This website is operated by Miyoshi Shikimono Co., Ltd. The “OZ WORKS ONLINE STORE” (hereafter referred to as “this site”) is an online shopping platform managed by Miyoshi Shikimono Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”). These terms (hereafter “these Terms”) govern your use of this site and the services provided through it (collectively, “the Services”).

8. Product Purchases

Customers must follow the designated procedure to order products.

A sales contract is formed when the customer confirms the order and receives an order confirmation email from the Company.

The Company may cancel or annul orders in case of fraudulent or inappropriate use.

Minors must have prior consent from a legal guardian to purchase products.

9. Payment Methods

Payment includes the product price, consumption tax, shipping fees, and handling charges.

Payments are accepted via credit card or other approved methods.

Credit card use is subject to the terms with your card issuer. The customer resolves any disputes directly with the issuer.
